Cookie policy
Version 2 · 2 September 2026
This page is the full inventory of what solprop.es stores in your browser. It is not a template: every row in the table matches something the site genuinely writes. This is how we comply with article 22.2 of Act 34/2002, the Spanish Information Society Services Act (LSSI), and with the cookie guidance issued by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
1. What cookies are, and what else counts as one
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser so it can recognise it on later visits. The law treats any equivalent technique the same way, so this page also tells you about local storage, which is where we keep your decision about cookies. Everything listed here is something you can delete yourself from your browser at any time.
2. The categories we use
Technical or necessary
These make the site work: remembering which language you are browsing in, and remembering what you decided about cookies so we do not ask you again on every page. They do not need your consent and cannot be turned off without breaking the site. They are all ours: they are not shared with anyone.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4, so we can see in aggregate which pages get read and which do not. They are only switched on if you accept them. If you reject them, no Google cookie is written in your browser.
Marketing or advertising
There is currently no advertising tag installed on this site: we do not use social media pixels or remarketing, and the table below contains no cookie in this category. The category still appears in the settings panel because your decision is passed on to Google through Consent Mode, and because if we ever do add advertising, your choice will already be on record.
3. Inventory: what this site stores in your browser
| Name | Owner | Type of storage | What it does | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| NEXT_LOCALE | SolProp (solprop.es) | Cookie | Remembers which language you are browsing in (Spanish, English or Russian) so you are not sent back to the default language on every click. | 1 year | Technical |
| solprop-cookie-consent | SolProp (solprop.es) | Local storage | Stores whether you accepted everything, rejected everything or tailored your choice, along with the date you did so and the version of the banner, so we do not ask you again too soon. | 12 months; after that we ask again | Technical |
| solprop-cookie-preferences | SolProp (solprop.es) | Local storage | Stores which specific categories you accepted (analytics, marketing) so they can be applied on every visit without showing you the banner again. | 12 months; deleted when you withdraw consent | Technical |
| _ga | Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC | Cookie | Gives your browser a random identifier to tell it apart from others. It is the basis of the Google Analytics user count. | 2 years | Analytics (only with your consent) |
| _ga_CHKENBSPLH | Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC | Cookie | Keeps the session state for this site's Google Analytics property: whether you are returning from an earlier visit and how many pages you have viewed. | 2 years | Analytics (only with your consent) |
And that is the lot. If you ever find a solprop.es cookie in your browser that is not on this list, tell us at privacidad@solprop.es and we will put it right.
4. Third parties that set no cookies but do receive your IP address
There are two cases in which your browser connects to someone else's server to download something. In both, that server sees your IP address — as any server your browser requests a file from does — but stores no cookie or identifier on your device:
- The maps on the property listings and on the interactive map are drawn using imagery from CARTO and data from OpenStreetMap. Until September 2026 we used an embedded Google map, which did install cookies before you had given consent; we replaced it with this map of our own precisely to avoid that.
- The Google Analytics script is always downloaded from Google's servers, but it starts up with consent denied by default (Consent Mode). Until you accept, it writes no cookie; all it sends are measurements with no identifier, which cannot be used to recognise you between visits.
5. Changing or withdrawing your consent
You can change your mind whenever you like, and withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. When you withdraw it, we not only stop using analytics cookies, we also delete from your browser any Google cookies that had already been set.
This same link is also in the footer of every page on the site.
Your choice expires after 12 months. Once that period is up we show you the banner again so you can confirm or change it, following the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) recommendation to renew consent at reasonable intervals and, in any event, at least every 24 months. If we change the site's cookies before then, we will ask you again too.
6. Managing them from your browser
Whatever you decide here, your browser lets you view, block or delete any cookie and clear local storage. Bear in mind that if you clear local storage you will lose your choice and the banner will appear again.
Instructions for the most common browsers:
- Chrome: Cookie settings in Chrome
- Firefox: Cookie settings in Firefox
- Safari: Cookie settings in Safari
- Edge: Cookie settings in Edge
7. Updates to this policy
We review this inventory every time we change something that writes to your browser, and we ask for consent again whenever a new cookie appears that requires it. Each version is dated at the foot of the page.
